About ACC Southlands Australian Christian College (ACC) is a protestant non-denominational, Christian Education organisation, whose mission is to develop each and every student to be equipped spiritually, academically, socially and physically to flourish into their full potential, and be a positive influence on the world around them. ACC Southlands is a growing school community located in Albany, with approximately 270 students from Kindergarten to Year 12 on-campus and a further 620 students from Pre-primary to Year 12 in our Distance Education cohort. We are focused on sustainably stewarding God's creation and have a heart that all students will be well known, well loved, and well taught.

About the role Applications are sought from suitably qualified teachers with a passion for supporting students to achieve academic and holistic success. We have a number of roles available in our secondary school team:

Maths Science English HASS Learning Support Subject specialists are required, but a generalist background is advantageous. The applicant should have a passion for coming alongside students so that they are "well known, well loved, and well taught".

The position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for identity, rights to work in Australia, and child protection in accordance with policy.

About you Ability to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes. Demonstrated excellent teaching as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. Ability to receive feedback on your teaching and implement changes. Effectively plan for, collect and analyse educational data, then devise appropriate strategies to improve student outcomes.
