As the educational leader within Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future for students and nurturing a positive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:Spiritual Leadership: Embody the Catholic faith and values, providing spiritual guidance and fostering an environment that promotes faith formation and values-based education.Educational Excellence: Set high standards for both students and staff performance, ensuring a commitment to academic excellence, growth, and achievement for all members of the school community.Professional Development: Support and supervise the learning and growth of dedicated teachers, promoting continuous professional development and growth.Relational Trust: Promote an atmosphere of mutual respect and positive, professional, and caring relationships among students, parents, teachers, and staff.Equity and Sustainability: Prioritise equity and sustainability in the allocation of resources, building a high-performing school consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church.Leadership Accountability: Report to the Executive Director of Schools while upholding the vision and mission of Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst through Religious, Educational, and Enabling Leadership.As the Principal Leader of James Sheahan, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment that aligns with the principles of Catholic education.
