You'll support the Player experience by keeping common areas in tip top shape, delivering beverages in accordance with our service standards and partnering with Bay Hosts to create Moments that Matter.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet every Player you encounter in a friendly and approachable manner - smile, make eye contact and maintain positive body language
• Show flexibility by assisting the team in caring for Players in whatever way is needed
• Protect our Players and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
• Take pride in ensuring beverage items are delivered quickly so they remain cold and fresh
• Work as one team with the Bay Hosts and Bartenders
Key Qualifications
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as a team
• A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs
