The RoleWe would love to invite an experienced search engine optimisation lead with a strong performance in SEO; delivering technical, content and link acquisition strategies.

You will be responsible for:Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.Manage a close team of SEO Specialists (2-3 people)Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.Optimise website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.Direct off-page optimisation projects (e.g., link-building).Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.Work with social media and PPC teams to optimise campaigns.Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends.Support the team in workload and task managementWork with our team in Sydney officesTo be successful in this role you will have:Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or similar role.Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS.Experience with SEO reporting.Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).Strong organisational and leadership skills.Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or related field.Valued, but not required:Programming / technical background is a plus.Broad understanding of (or experience with) other online marketing services, including conversion optimisation, biddable media, and email marketing.Google Analytics & Google Ads certifications.Any additional certifications relevant to the digital space.Experience in eCommerce and B2CFill out the form below to apply for this job Full Name Required
