Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of paid media campaigns such as dispatching assets, ad operations briefings, checking of booking schedules from media owners to ensure they are accurateEstablish and maintain strong relationships with our media partners, engaging with sales and campaign coordinators and leverage these relationships to bring campaigns to lifeFoster a team environment across agency departments to ensure cross functional teams deliver presentations and reports timely and accurately.Prepare various media reports such as weekly reporting or monthly reporting for our clients.Assist in the tracking of paid media activity helping to ensure that what we've paid for is delivered by our partnersHarness the talent of the agency and proactively identify opportunities to put that talent to good use in helping clients solve their business problems.HOW WILL WE KNOW YOU ARE THE ONE Technical capabilities Interest in the Media or Marketing industryGreat attention to detail and time managementAbility to persuade, inspire and build trust with agency people and clients.Ability to problem solve and think strategically and creatively to do so.Other things that would make you excel in this role An ambition to change the way things are done.Loves to be organised.Enjoys speaking in public and has experience to back it up.A rising star with a hunger to deliver some of the best work in the industry.Is not intimidated by the idea of working in new ways and with new technology.Is a strategic problem solver.WE ARE CHEP, AND WE BELIEVE IN NEW ECONOMY CREATIVITY Today, brands need to adapt to new channels, technologies, experiences, social goals, environmental needs and operating speeds.
