Apply now!Your RoleWe are looking for a driven Operational Care Specialist where you will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to arrange and approve value added services (VAS) for our customers.Your ResponsibilitiesOrganizing transport based on the customer promise and lowest costs.Coordinating with the customer on specific pick-up/drop off location and time.Facilitating permits and documents for customs.Arranging other VAS such as fumigation, stuffing, certificate of origin, etc.Performing all communication with vendors with the exception of carriers.Updating system status and uploading documents relating to KN services.Attending to Dangerous Goods approvals.Your Skills and ExperiencesWe look for potential, not only performance.
