Scrum Master | User Access Management (UAM)Join our Identity Access Management (IAM) team within the Identity and Cyber Security Technology group on a transformation program of work to deliver a seamless customer experience for end-to-end asset lifecycle in the Identity Access Management User Access Management platform.
This is a 12 month contract.

What role will you play?As a Scrum Master, you play a versatile role, acting as a coach, organiser, and guide, focusing on Agile/Scrum methodologies. Your main goal is to improve the team's practices to better the customer experience, through direct teaching and mentoring, making sure team members understand and apply these principles daily.
Your duties extend to leading Agile ceremonies, vital for the team's workflow and strategic planning. By organising these effectively, you align team efforts with project goals, ensuring a transparent process. Using visualisation techniques and tools is key, enhancing understanding and collaboration.
Your role includes problem-solving, resolving team conflicts, and removing obstacles to maintain progress. You will understand interpersonal, technical, and organisational aspects, and help in planning and forecasting tasks. This ensures a smooth workflow, meeting objectives efficiently and on time.
