Security and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., EMV, PCI DSS) and data protection regulations.

- Implement secure data transmission, encryption, and tokenization for cardholder information.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements.

- Communicate effectively to bridge technical and business perspectives.

Project Management:

- Lead scoping efforts for card issuance projects.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Monitor progress and address any issues during implementation.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience (typically 5+ years) defining solutions for card issuance within a financial institution. * Knowledge of card personalization techniques, chip technologies, and issuance workflows. * Familiarity with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard) and their requirements. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Full working rights – Must be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
