Scientific knowledge, expertise and skill in the delivery of pathology services within the disciplines of Transfusion Medicine, Haematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology and specimen reception.
Experience in the use of a laboratory information system such as AUSLAB.

Demonstrated knowledge, expertise and skills within a multi-skilled laboratory.Ability to participate in a multidisciplinary team on a 5 of 7 day roster with on-call duties outside of rostered hours, and contribute a range of diagnostic skills relevant to the disciplines.Ability to apply established principles to the provision of results and advice in a client focused manner.Perform duties with a high degree of independence and with infrequent supervision.Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement quality and service improvement activities in accordance with NATA/ISO accreditation/certification.Qualifications, Registrations and Other RequirementsPossession of a B App Sc (Medical Laboratory Science) or an equivalent qualification.Please detail any visa conditions you may have if you are not a permanent resident of Australia.We understand that some people may require adjustments to the workplace or the way the work is performed.
