Currently, our Quality Assurance department is seeking a Scientific Officer to join the Customer Complaints team!
Key functions for this position include: Ensure all quality related complaints are entered in the Complaints system within set time frames.Ensure that Customer Complaints are dealt with in a manner compliant with Global Policies and Health Authority requirements.Ensure investigation and trending of Customer Complaints is completed in accordance with local and Global procedures.Ensure activities comply with GMP, legal and ethical standards.Plan, monitor and achieve goals within set time frames.Provide, build and maintain consistent, reliable and accurate customer service.The minimum qualifications for this position are: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Science) or 5 years experience in a pharmaceutical environment.Experience writing reports and presenting data.High level of written and verbal communication required.Understanding of and ability to comply with regulatory legislation.Can understand technical documents and can communicate descriptions of problems and solutions.Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines and targets with competing and conflicting priorities.Culture Viatris has been named in Forbes' World's Best Employers 2022 list.
