Scientific Officer

Currently our Quality Assurance department is seeking a Scientific Officer to join the Customer Complaints team!Key functions for this position include:Ensure all quality related complaints are entered in the Complaints system within set time framesEnsure that Customer Complaints are dealt with in a manner compliant with Global Policies and Health Authority requirementsEnsure investigation and trending of Customer Complaints is completed in accordance with local and Global proceduresEnsure activities comply with GMP, legal and ethical standardsPlan, monitor and achieve goals within set time framesProvide, build and maintain consistent, reliable and accurate customer serviceThe minimum qualifications for this position are:Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Science) or 5 years experience in a pharmaceutical environmentExperience writing reports and presenting dataHigh level of written and verbal communication requiredUnderstanding of and ability to comply with regulatory legislationCan understand technical documents and can communicate descriptions of problems and solutionsAbility to effectively manage time and meet deadlines and targets with competing and conflicting priorities#J-18808-Ljbffr
