Salary offered will be commensurate with the successful applicant's skills, qualifications and experience and will be based on level 1-13 of the Ballarat Clarendon College Enterprise Agreement Teaching Scale ($84,071 - $126,114).
GENERAL INFORMATION Ballarat Clarendon College Ballarat Clarendon College is a co-educational school for day and boarding students.
It is based in Ballarat, a regional city in the heart of Victoria, just over an hour's drive from Melbourne, with a population of around 120,000 people.
Approximately 2,000 students attend the school, from 3-year-old Early Learning to Year 12.

Key Selection Criteria Appropriate tertiary qualifications Strong curriculum understanding, including the Child Safe Standards Ability to effectively plan and design lessons Commitment to and understanding of the use of a range of assessment tools and techniques Sophisticated knowledge of subject curriculum, study designs and criteria Proven ability to provide feedback to students Solid understanding of how to analyse data in relation to student progress and teaching effectiveness.
Commitment to continuous improvement in and out of the classroom Proven ability to manage time and conflicting priorities effectively Ability to communicate and interact with all Ballarat Clarendon College community members positively and appropriately Previous experience working within a team environment with a focus on success and outcomes Proficient user of information technology.
Special requirements Must be able to obtain, valid Australian Work Rights.
