This role is part of a team primarily responsible for the technical delivery and management of Infrastructure Projects and will be supporting a wide variety of cloud-based and on-premise solutions.
Exposure to infrastructure technologies will be required as part of the role in meeting our internal requirements.
The role will work closely with the Service and Support teams to maintain these BAU operational environments and to enhance them through continuous improvement and project initiatives.
In addition to extensive technical capabilities, effective communication both written and verbal is a must.

Responsibilities : Helping with the implementation and migration of Infrastructure Projects as defined by the businessManaging incidents and resolutions relating to the infrastructure Projects as well as BAU Operational SystemsIdentifying, actioning and managing key improvements to security processes and threat response strategiesAssist with the development and improvement of documentation, processes and proceduresExcellent soft skills (verbal and written)Occasional travel with overnight stays within AustraliaActive Directory Management, GPOMicrosoft Networking DFS, DNS, DHCPNetworking foundation knowledge (Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi, TCP Stack)Remote Monitoring and Management softwareOS Patch Management (Servers and Desktops)Helpdesk Management softwareITIL Foundation knowledgePowerShellPhone System managementBackup and Recovery ManagementHigh level of troubleshooting Skills and Incident ManagementFirewall administrationAntivirus managementCybersecurity foundation knowledgeWe want to hear from you!
