About the role
We are looking for an exceptional, customer-centric individual to join our growing School Engagement Team. This role is responsible for driving customer retention, fostering customer growth, and providing valuable product expertise to a portfolio of our existing customer schools.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Retention: Building and maintaining relationships within existing Schoolbox customers, identifying opportunities to increase platform engagement through having a deep understanding of their school's digital ecosystem and pedagogical approach. Customer Growth: Develop and nurture upsell and cross-sell opportunities, positioning Schoolbox and our partners as the best solution. By understanding each school's requirements, you will demonstrate how Schoolbox can help achieve their goals and effectively communicate its value proposition. Product and Industry Knowledge: Be a Schoolbox product expert and identify educational trends, K-12 domain knowledge, and learning technologies to improve training products. About you
You will have experience within a Key Account Manager role or in an education environment. You thrive on creating consultative customer relationships and value building long-term relationships at C-Suite level. You will have previous experience in the K-12 Education industry. A consultative approach is central to your success. You have outstanding attention to detail and the ability to accurately maintain our CRM system.
