School Systems Administrator

Are you an admin powerhouse who can work wonders with databases? Do you have experience supporting staff with school systems administration? Do you love learning and using new software? Situated in the Newcastle region, Belmont Christian College is a co-educational College of over 900 students that deeply values child safety.
This valuable position supports the College community by maintaining the College's information systems including Sentral, the Student Management System. The role supports staff, students and parents with data and database system related issues including system support for reports, notes, enrolments, classes and parent/teacher interviews.
The successful applicant should have:
Certificate qualifications and/or relevant experience in Administration, IT, Customer Service or other relevant field.Intermediate IT skills in: Database systems Google Workspace or Office 365Demonstrated experience in: Working with people Meeting customer expectations Being an effective team member Adapting and responding to change Accuracy with data and reporting Problem solvingA current Working With Children Check.An expectation of being part of a God honouring collaborative staff team.All staff are required to be Christians, active in their local church and have a willingness to follow the College's Codes of Conduct and child safe policies.

The role works 3 days/week during term time (40 weeks) and although it is part time, the role is paid 4 weeks annual leave during the Christmas break.
