The Role We are looking for part-time and full-time School Support Service Officers to join our dedicated administration team. The School Support Services Team works collaboratively with Heads of School, students, parents and the broader Clarendon community to provide operational and administrative support.
Our School Support Service Officers are dynamic problem solvers with a passion for customer service, excellent time management and computer skills who enjoy a challenge and have an understanding of the importance of child safety.
Successful candidates will be excellent team players, willing to learn and confident communicators who are fully committed to the school and its community.
Knowledge, Skill and Qualification Requirements: Demonstrated commitment to child safety.Willingness to learn and be agile.Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise work in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands.Demonstrated commitment to quality outcomes, including attention to detail and accuracy, and an ability to relate tasks to the wider context.Child Safety Commitment Ballarat Clarendon College is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students through its Child Safety Framework and an ongoing focus on ensuring a culture of child safety is promoted and maintained.
