With an increased and coeducational cohort, a broader subject selection, and therefore the creation of more teaching and learning roles and leadership positions, the College is preparing and recruiting for an innovative future.

Salary calculated on averaged conditions (generally only required to work during school term time)salary packaging of up to $15,900 annuallyup to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS studentsongoing training and development opportunitiesdiscounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing productsgenerous Employee Referral Program.About You As a School Support Officer (Level 4), you will be an integral member of the school community, demonstrating Marist Catholic College North Shore's values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community.
To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:
commitment to the Catholic Church with an understanding and support of faith and values in a Catholic Schoolstrong communication skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff when requiredexcellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesexperience working in administrationcharacteristics and skills to be a welcoming presence as the first point of contact for the College, as well as convey a high level of communication capacity, articulation and skillexperience with CiA and Compass or the ability to learn new systemsability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a teamadvanced computer literacy skills in ICT and the suite of common computer applications (including MS Office and Google suite)interpersonal skills in working with a range of peoplea willingness to assist and work across agile spaces and roles within the Administration Teamexcellent written and oral communicationaccuracy and attention to detailpreparation to undertake leadership mentoring and training from peers and develop and demonstrate strong professional relationships with colleaguesproven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity requireda willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for studentsother duties as directed by the Principala current certification in First Aid.You will have attained:
