We are looking for **smart, committed and highly motivated uni students** to join our awesome School Success Team in a casual role (3-5 days a week). **Join us if** - You are excited about future career opportunities in Education, Tech and/or start ups - You are flexible, quick to learn and happy to have a go at anything! - You can commit to working with us regularly 3+ days per week, including at least 2 days in our Mosman office (hours can be adjusted as needed for uni exams/holidays) **Type of work you'll be doing** You will be working closely with our School Success Leader to build and deepen our relationships with schools. - Communicating with customers (teachers and school leaders) to build relationships and share the benefits of Inquisitive with them - Maintaining our customer database - Analysing data to inform customer success efforts - Supporting event organisation and scheduling **What you will bring to the team** - Confident phone manner, excellent written skill & the ability to quickly build trust - Willingness to deeply understand Inquisitive's mission and product offering and represent it in a compelling way for teachers and school leaders - Initiative and creative problem solving skills - The ability to stay organised and meet deadlines - Excel /data analysis skills - Attention to detail and a drive for quality - Commitment to the work - this is not your average "casual" job - you'll be a fully fledged part of our team with real responsibilities As we are a fast growing scale-up, there are plenty of opportunities to learn about different parts of our business and potential future permanent employment opportunities (in customer success, sales and marketing, technology, strategy, educational content creation etc.).
