The school: This educational leader is regarded as one of Sydney's best schools, focusing on the educational, social, and emotional wellbeing of all students. A K-12 values-based school, they encourage every student to realize their potential for personal and academic excellence.
The role: Joining a well-established wellbeing team, you will be part of a wider pastoral care team. You will be led by a Head of Wellbeing and work alongside a Lead Psychologist and other wellbeing team members. You will work school-based hours, allowing for a true work-life blend. You will be required to work only 40 weeks a year but will be paid for 52 weeks.
Your role will include: Counselling sessions with studentsAssessmentsWorking with parents and teachers to educate on all things wellbeingLiaising with internal and external stakeholders for case management & referralsBeing part of a collaborative wider education teamYOU: Will be a fully registered psychologist; Ed & Dev endorsement desirableWill be considered if you are a provisional psychologist with a strong work history working with young people in an educational contextWill have a WWCC or willingness to obtainBe a team player, and enjoy collaborating with a wider school-based teamBe available for a FT, 12 month position for the 2025 academic yearInterviews will commence upon receipt of applications, and the school and 4 Healthcare Recruitment reserve the right to appoint this role prior to the closing date.
