We are seeking a passionate and experienced School Programs Lead to join our team and deliver school-based vocational education programs through quality vocational education and training.
This is a pilot program working in with Catholic Education South Australia with the potential for the position to extend beyond the 12 months based upon the success of the pilot.
The role In this dynamic role, you will coordinate and deliver school-based vocational education programs, including the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business and/or the SIS30521 Certificate III in Sports Coaching.
You will combine teaching, program coordination, compliance, and stakeholder engagement to deliver exceptional learning experiences and outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Coordinating and delivering school programs in partnership with schools and stakeholders.
Developing timetables that align with school schedules and RTO requirements.
Acting as the primary liaison between schools, the RTO, and stakeholders.
Designing and delivering quality training and assessment strategies that meet industry standards.
Ensuring compliance with ASQA, funding agreements, and contractual requirements.
Supporting learner progression through regular contact and tailored support.
Contributing to quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintaining industry knowledge to enhance learning and stakeholder engagement.
What you bring Proven experience in the vocational education and training (VET) sector.
Qualifications and experience in delivering the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business and/or SIS30521 Certificate III in Sports Coaching (both would be desirable).
Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to develop and manage timetables.
Experience in designing and delivering quality training programs aligned with training packages and best practices.
A commitment to learner progression and tailored support.
Knowledge of Lived Experience, recovery and trauma-informed principles in learning environments.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and compliance tasks.
Desirable Experience in working with young people in an educational setting.
Knowledge of validation and moderation processes within the VET sector.
Familiarity with online learning platforms and maintaining digital learning resources.
