The RoleThe YMCA of South Australia is seeking a Service Director for our new Early Learning Centre opening in Strathalbyn, early 2025. The role will commence in November/ December to begin induction, complete training and support the establishment of the new ELC. The role is full-time at 76 hours per fortnight.
As a motivated and customer focused individual, the Director will establish and lead a highly dedicated and passionate team of Educators in the exceptional delivery of the National Quality Framework.
The Director will help create the highest quality customer service, further the social, emotional, and interpersonal development of children, and foster a supportive environment where children, families and educators feel safe and happy.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCESuccessful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain:
