About the opportunity Opportunity to join a high achieving and supportive team on the Nedlands Campus of UWA working closely with the School of Population and Global Health. Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on a fixed term basis until 28th November 2025. Base salary range: $80,243 – $88,940 p.a. plus 17% superannuation. About the area College Services provides academic administration and technical support services to the University's schools, including Heads of School, academic staff, and research students. The team is committed to providing effective and efficient services in support of the Schools' and University's strategic objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice.
About the role Provide expertise in a wide variety of administrative duties to support the operations of a school(s) and its programs. Work collaboratively across teams to ensure high quality service provision and respond to changing demand. Provide general administrative support for the school(s), across all functions associated with school operations – such as Executive Officer duties for Committees, Prizes and events, HDR student on-boarding support and others. About you Substantial relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level. Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet, and email.
