We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2025.
Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

As a School Officer, you will be responsible for providing accurate advice and support to parents, students, staff, and community members using exemplary communication skills.
You will complete a variety of administrative duties, including assisting the Manager Corporate Services in administering the human and financial resources of the school, HRMIS input, month-end procedures, and invoice processing.
The role may also require assistance with First Aid and relief staff coordination on a rostered basis.
Suitable applicants will support the Manager Corporate Services in delivering school database systems information, student support processes, student records, reporting, enrolments, marketing, and accounts payable or receivable.
You will assist in administering the financial resources and assets of the school and should ideally possess the ability to use computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets, and word processing, as well as the skills to support the administration and management of financial and human resources of the school.
Please note: There is 1.0 FTE School Officer vacancy to be appointed.
This role will primarily focus on supporting finance functions, particularly finance processing, procurement, resource, and database systems.
