You will be required to:Maintain an in-depth knowledge of School Management and Learning Systems and associated modules, and provide high-level advice regarding their application.Monitor customer service and service desk functions, and collect performance data to assist with the specification, development, research and evaluation of service standards.Assist with processes related to School Management and Learning Systems major incidents and coordinate the activities of Level 1 staff during the management of major incidents.Supervise the work of individuals and teams and allocate routine tasks and/or project work, providing direction, support and guidance as necessary.Please view the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities.Interested?
