School Leader C - Wanniassa Hills Primary School
Full-time PermanentDetails: Wanniassa Hills Primary School is seeking a dynamic and collaborative School Leader C to lead learning and wellbeing within the Years 3-6 team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building cohesive teams across the school, aiming to achieve exceptional educational results and support for every student.
The school leader will join a united P-6 executive team who work together to lead the implementation of our school priorities.
Job Description: Support the leadership team to implement the Student-Centred Improvement Framework.Lead a dynamic teaching team to implement quality curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and reporting that has a sustained positive impact on student improvement, whilst maintaining a culture of inclusion.Provide support to teachers through coaching, mentoring, providing constructive feedback and the delivery of professional learning.Mentor Years 3-6 teaching team in the use of data to improve student outcomes.Undertake an appropriate teaching load and other duties as determined by the principal.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people with diverse thoughts, lived experience, and perspectives can thrive and contribute their unique talents to the ACTPS and ACT community.
