About the Role The successful candidate will work as part of a team and report directly to the school principal. They will be responsible for generating and following up school fees, including School Card lodgement, Centrelink fee set up and debt collection where required. They will be responsible for managing account and classroom budgets and processing all accounts payable. Experience with Synergetic and SEQTA is highly desirable, as the successful candidate will be responsible for data entry in these systems, along with generating reports for school leadership. The role will also include some reception duties including answering phones and assisting students as required. The successful candidate will demonstrate the capacity to multi-task and complete activities according to set timeframes and as directed by the school principal. School-based experience is highly desirable. This position can begin as early as late Term 4, 2024.
This role is offered as a fixed–term contract position. An extension of the initial contract or permanency may be offered to the right candidate at the conclusion of the contract.
