Assist the School Business Manager in the management of a school office, controlling and co-ordinating work, data and information flow. Provide general instruction, guidance and supervision for assigned office staff. Provide advice and general administrative support to the School Business Manager, staff, and students.
This role is essential in ensuring the financial operation of the school and supporting the educational outcomes for students.
Duties To work alongside the SBM and assist with the smooth and efficient running of the School Office, including reception duties and admin support to teaching and support staff.
Period of Appointment ASAP to 20 December 2024
Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.
Hours per fortnight 44.1 hours per fortnight
Requirements Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status - Employment).
