About the RoleAs a Scheduler at KinCare, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our home care services to our valued customers. In this role, you'll schedule home care services and plan rosters for our care workers across NSW and ACT. You'll be the important link between our customers and in-field workers by regularly communicating over the phone to ensure we are optimising and delivering on our promises. If you have experience in high-volume service coordination environments, this is the right opportunity for you.Other responsibilities include:Ensuring adherence to the regulations outlined in the SCHADs AwardMaximising the efficiency of our care worker rosters, ensuring optimal resource allocationMatching care workers to appropriate services based on their skill setSwiftly resolving last-minute changes to schedules by leveraging effective communication and influencing skillsWorking closely with other teams to ensure efficient and effective service coordinationThis is a full-time opportunity on a 7-month fixed-term contract. Whilst there are working from home options available, you may at times be required to work from a KinCare office. Hours of operation are 6am to 6pm, and you will likely cover the 7am - 3.30pm shift in this role.About YouDemonstrated experience in rostering/scheduling/logistics methodology across multiple locations in a service delivery environment.A strong phone manner and ability to remain calm and professional at all times.Positive "can-do" attitude and customer service focus.Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.Demonstrated experience with engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Strong communication and influencing skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Previous experience with Skedulo or other rostering systems are preferred.About KinCareOur vision is to enable elderly Australians to remain living safely in their homes for as long as they wish by providing them with the care and support they need.
