Suncare Scheduling Officer – what's involved in the role? You will provide rosters to employees and volunteers, ensuring timely communication of any changes to schedules to our customers and employees, ensuring that all customer visits are replaced.
This opportunity is offered on a permanent part time basis (60.8 hrs per fortnight), Tuesday to Friday 8.30am – 4.36pm. You will also be required to work one weekend of on call per fortnight (Saturday 6am to Monday 6am). Your key responsibilities Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure individuals receive the correct service as per their service agreement and goal and support plan. Monitor, review, and verify services provided to each customer on a regular basis, determining quality and effectiveness of services provided. Maintain detailed, accurate, and current information on staff skills, scheduling and availability. Exceed customer expectations at every enquiry. About you The successful candidate will have previous scheduling experience as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You have:
Diploma in Business Administration, Community Development, or related field. High level knowledge and/or experience of scheduling within a medium to large human services organisation, with demonstrated understanding of scheduling principles. High level customer service skills and telephone manner. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality. You will demonstrate:
Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office, have proven experience with database management and have the ability to adapt to changing systems. Previous experience in Alayacare will be highly regarded. Maturity, responsiveness, the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines and be a flexible team player. Industry knowledge in government funding/programs and salary awards pertaining to aged care would be considered advantageous.
