THE ROLE:
Mount Isa based, Monday to Friday Provide administrative support to the Mount Isa team including Service & Parts functions Perform the work order management function in Service department Administer site access requirements (Medicals & Inductions) Assist with Parts team leave coverage when required EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated experience in similar roles (3-5 years+ experience desirable) Skilled in Xero Accounting or similar accounting software (desirable) Ability to interact and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications Capable of working independently and as part of a team Current Driver's Licence.

We are a Queensland based civil-earthmoving rental and repairs business and we have recently expanded our services opening a new facility in Townsville.
We help the Queensland civil market access quality earthmoving rental equipment and repair solutions.
As business continues to grow, we are keen to find our next team member to support the development in our Mount Isa operations.
