Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the owner and with input from the Case Manager/Client Services Manager, where appropriate, select, schedule and coordinate support staff based on assessment and care plan information for new and existing clients. Maintain all scheduling of support staff and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies and callouts arise, ensuring the schedule is completed for the next business day. Track and record in Visual Care all instances of assignment refusals, callouts, late arrivals, early departures, etc., and share this information with the Manager on a regular basis. Accept oncall as negotiated with the Operations Manager/Owner. Communicate with the Marketing Manager/CSM regarding Hire for the Void on a regular basis. Assist with support worker files, including tracking expirations, licences, training insurance, etc., and enter new documentation as it is submitted. About the Role Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year in a staffing/recruiting position. Professional experience in the field of customer service. Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possess excellent client interaction skills, able to multitask and work independently. Must have experience working with telephones with multiple lines, multitask on several calls and maintain professionalism and patience with a fastpaced environment. Excellent problemsolving abilities are a requirement, schedule conflicts are bound to arise that will require creative solutions. National Police Certificate (within 3 years). Experience with office software programs (Office 365). The ability to learn proprietary software. Desirable. Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements. Previous experience with scheduling software. Our Commitment to Diversity Job Types:
