About the RoleWe are seeking a full-time, on-site Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in the Greater Perth Area. In this position, you'll work closely with our Operational Management team to coordinate the scheduling of client work orders. Your responsibilities will also include efficient resource allocation and robust client communication throughout the scheduling process. You'll also offer administrative support as needed and report directly to the operational manager. Expect ongoing support and training as part of this role.
What You Will NeedStrong Interpersonal Skills and Phone EtiquetteExperience in Appointment Scheduling and CommunicationAdministrative Assistance skills: Data entry and documentation managementExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to problem-solve, prioritize, and meet deadlinesValid Driver's Licence
Additional Qualities: Ability to respond to client emailsSkill in actioning emails to our softwareCompetency in asset allocation as per TMP and client requirementsExperience in monitoring and ensuring the availability of assetsGood attitude and attention to detailCompetency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)Career progression opportunitiesExperience in the traffic management or related field is a plusWhat Your Day Will Look LikeFast Response: Be prepared to act quickly in emergency situations.Traffic Controller Allocation: Ensure all traffic controllers are allocated and confirmed for their shifts.Client Scheduling: Coordinate and communicate work orders with clients.Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient use of resources in line with client requirements and TMPs.Administrative Support: Handle data entry, documentation management, and other administrative tasks.Client Communication: Manage client interactions via phone and email throughout the scheduling process.Asset Monitoring: Keep track of available assets and their allocation.Reporting: Regularly update the Operational Management team on scheduling statuses.If you're a go-getter who wants to be part of a team that values Safety, Honesty, Responsibility, Innovation, Agility, and Family, we'd love to hear from you!
