The Opportunity Come and join ourSupply Chainteam at our Western Port, Hastings Manufacturing facility as anScheduler Service Centre. In this 12 month secondment role, you will play a critical role to ensure that our products are being delivered to our customers in full and on time (DIFOT).
Reporting to the Fulfilment Leader, you will support the day-to-day fulfilment operations as well as lead a number of business improvement projects to enhance our service with cost, quality and safety in mind.
Your primary focus will be to maximise our customer experience as you manage our inventory and influence the flow of product through your interactions with logistics and customer service.
You will create smart solutions and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive better communication and streamline processes.

plan and coordinate the flow of product through the various stages of the order life cycleresponsible for feed management and schedulingdemonstrate superior attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutionsdeliver improvements by streamlining processes and embedding standardisation through reportingco-ordinate service officer implementations and reviews for the supply chain teamsupport the Project Avenir rolloutsupport the VIC service centre consolidation ProjectWhat You'll Bring As an experienced professional with a background in customer service, supply chain, warehousing or logistics, combined with solid analytical skills, you will drive and implement solutions, always maintaining a strong customer focus.
You will bring:
relevant tertiary qualifications along with experience in supply chain (or similar) work environmentsa positive can do attitude with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvementeffective relationship management and influencing capabilitybe a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external customershave experience working in fast paced environments and be comfortable with change, having the ability to manage competing priorities in an efficient and effective waydemonstrate experience with reporting applications eg.
Microsoft Office (e.g.
