An opportunity currently presents itself for a construction Scheduler to join our team.
About Us Rossdale Homes is an award-winning builder with 44 years of building experience mainly in the residential market.
Additionally, we also develop niche land development projects and build commercial and integrated medium density housing projects.
About the Position You will be responsible for:
Providing professional materials scheduling to ensure progress of on-site construction workMaterial take-offsOrdering and delivery follow upOther tasks in line with your skills and training and within the scope of this position may be assigned to you where appropriate.You will be part of the construction team and expected to liaise with the other Schedulers, Construction Supervisors, and Suppliers.
