Dowell Windows has an excellent opportunity for a vibrant, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to take on a Scheduler position at our Bassendean location. Reporting to the Business Administration Manager, you will be part of a supportive team that is focused on giving our customers a high-quality experience and great satisfaction.
We are currently looking for a candidate who will undertake the following duties:
Responding to all customer enquiries such as answering phone calls, directing queries, and maintaining emails Producing quality solutions that satisfy all parties and following the call-up processes Generating security quotes and processing customer orders using the V6 system Managing and maintaining the booking schedule Maintaining an accurate record-keeping system and ensuring files are up to date Complying with all Dowell Safety Policies and Practices professionally Working with the Business Administration Manager in identifying and implementing business improvement projects The successful candidate for this role will:
Have previous experience in operations, manufacturing, estimating or sales in manufacturing (preferable) Have strong communication and customer service skills Have high levels of attention to detail Have strong numeric and typing skills Be a self-starter who can work autonomously and is willing to assist other team members Be able to juggle tasks and prioritise We have a great team environment where there is a hands-on approach to all that needs to be done.
