Your goal. Support our Client facing teams and external suppliers by providing exceptional Estimating & Scheduling service, delivering balanced outcomes that meet the needs of both our Clients and the business.
Your role. This role is critical in providing costings for bespoke and development projects, prestart variations, in-construction variations, and scheduling across an array of build methods. If you're looking for variety and a role with growth opportunity, this is the role for you! Daily tasks include, but will not be limited to;
Provide estimates for new project enquiries, prestart variations and construction variations Full scheduling (including material quantities & data entry) of projectsDaily liaison and support to Construction team (extras, PO queries etc)Provide feedback at POS to assist with design and inclusions changes to support conversionDaily liaison with fellow estimating and scheduling support team membersIntroduce procedural improvements where necessary which align with our business goals Effective and professional service to external vendorsEncouraging ongoing improvement by providing support and feedback to suppliers and office-based departmentsYou are. The successful candidate will hold the below skills and traits;
ESSENTIAL - Minimum of 4+ years' experience within a residential volume builder in a similar roleExperience across timber frame and brick construction methods advantageousExperience across Truth Engine advantageousAttention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines essentialAlways fosters a positive team cultureAbility to work in a competitive, challenging, and fast paced environmentResults driven and solution focusedComfortable with technology in your day-to-day workingsExcellent communication (verbal and written) and organisational skillsTakes pride in brand representation across all aspects of workPlease ensure your application includes a cover letter, outlining your notice period, salary expectations and at least 2 references.
