About the Role As the Scheduler, you'll liaison with the project teams responsible for delivering our small project works programs in accordance with our contractual requirements and support the administration function for any ad hoc requirements.
Key Responsibilities Produce project tender program in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project according to the scope of works, contract requirements, project objectives and deliverables. Working collaboratively with the project delivery teams to establish fully integrated baseline program. Develop a standardized planning approach and program for different scopes of work. Hands-on planning preparation, in conjunction with Project Team, optimize working program to meet project objectives covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, and client key constraints as appropriate. Validate construction methodologies, resourcing, activity durations, schedule logic, float allocation and critical path identification, including those within supplier submissions. Capture and analyze project information (e.g. delays, productivity, etc.). Work with Bid Teams to resolve logic errors, help explain options of design impact on program, and update program according to actions taken by the tender review. Present information for internal meetings on the projects. Establish communication with site team to receive weekly status of works and physical progress data. Perform weekly updates of project schedule, communicate changes in critical path, milestone dates and highlight delays and potential schedule slippages to the project manager and commercial team. Responsible to support administration function for any ad hoc requirements from HVAC/Electrical teams. What We're Looking For Experience on construction projects with good working experience around access requirements and construction sequence and logic. Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Projects scheduling software. Effective oral and written communication skills. Approximately 6 years' experience in a scheduling role with 6 to 12 months of local experience. Advanced knowledge in using Excel. Power BI reporting skills (desirable but not essential).
