In this full-time contract position, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating the construction of scaffolding for commercial and residential buildings. You will also manage all human resources involved in the building process to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.Key Responsibilities:Plan and oversee scaffolding projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Organize and coordinate all activities related to the construction of scaffolds around various buildings.Direct project teams, providing leadership and support to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.Control project budgets, schedules, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Handle human resource management related to the scaffolding teams, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.Qualifications:Proven experience in scaffolding or construction project management.Strong understanding of scaffolding systems, construction processes, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.Relevant certifications in scaffolding or project management are preferred (AS or IS – Ticket, Dogman, Rigging and White card).Salary:$120,000 - $170,000 per year, dependent on experience.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on diverse projects in a dynamic environment.Supportive team culture and opportunities for professional development.How to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced Construction Manager looking to advance your career, we want to hear from you!
