Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.THE ROLEWe now have the exciting opportunity for a Scaffold Design Engineer to join our Scaffold Operations Team.As a Scaffold Design Engineer, you will be playing a pivotal role in our scaffold related activities across the Pilbara, Goldfields and Queensland Operations. This position is full time, working Monday to Friday from our Head Office and is responsible for:Leading the creation and management of scaffold designs according to Australian standardsManaging end to end deliverables on multiple and interdisciplinary projectsManaging tender requests, reviews and evaluationsOverseeing procurement of scaffolding materialsFacilitating effective communication with Scaffolding Leadership team and clients to address technical queries and ensure effective project deliverySupporting the continuous improvement of scaffold design innovations and projects efficiencyABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:Engineering Degree (Structural)Extensive experience in temporary work design and estimating in the mining industry, oil & gas, construction or commercial worksAbility to read and interpret drawings and tender packages requests for quotationHigh level skills: AutoCAD, Navis Works, MS software and AvontusProject Management experience is highly desirableExceptional analytical and organisational skillsStrong commitment to OH&SExperience in multidisciplinary environmentsDiligent and methodical approach with excellent communication skillsIN RETURNYou will be joining an existing team who will provide you with the onboarding and support to create a successful Linkforce career.
