Are you ready to be on the front lines of one of the most exciting nights of the year? We're seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Officer to ensure our New Year's Eve celebration is both safe and spectacular. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Provide general customer service including event information.
Control access at entry and exit.
Maintain conditions of entry.
Provide crowd direction and management.
Monitor crowd behaviour and RSA.
Monitor, respond and report relevant incidents.
Secure restricted areas.
Protect event assets.
Prepare general security records and reports.
Essential Criteria:
Security License (NSW 1A).
First Aid (current).
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current).
Customer service experience.
Superior communication skills (both written and verbal).
Exceptional personal presentation.
Reliability and punctuality.
