Skills, Knowledge & Experience:Flexibility to work shifts as per the requirement of the role.
Certificate IV or diploma in a relevant area of competency, e.g., manufacturing, food/dairy processing & technology, quality systems.
Previous working experience within a food / dairy production environment.
Leadership experience and the ability to engage and motivate your team.
Exceptional stakeholder relationship building, financial and performance management skills.
Attention to detail, resilience, and the tenacity to drive outcomes.
Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
