We are looking for a training specialist to join our iron ore team and lead the training and change management for the implementation of SAP Service and Asset Manager across our operations. SAP Service and Asset Manager is a software solution that integrates asset management, maintenance, and service processes to optimize performance, reliability, and safety of our assets. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs and materials to support the adoption and use of the new system. You will also provide ongoing coaching and support to the end-users and stakeholders.
You will report to the Asset Project Lead and work closely with the project team, business leaders, and subject matter experts.As a training specialist, you will:Deliver training sessions to various groups of end-users and stakeholders, both face-to-face and online.Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the training and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.Provide ongoing coaching and support to the end-users and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new system.Collaborate with the project team, business leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment and integration of the training and change management activities.
To be successful in this role, you will have:At least 5 years of experience in delivering training, preferably in the mining industry.Proven knowledge and experience in SAP Asset Manager or a similar software solution.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools.A current driver's license.
