We are currently on the lookout for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with Performance & Goals (PMGM) module experience to join our burgeoning HXM practice in Australia. As our Senior Consultant, your role will be to work alongside our Solution Architects and be part of the conversations with our customers to identify, understand, and define needs to then deliver solutions that make a meaningful difference to our clients' businesses. Due to client requirements, this role requires the successful applicant to hold Baseline or NV1 clearance.
What you need Experience across large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects and implementations with complex interfaces to external and cloud interfacesExtensive experience and deep knowledge within the Performance and Goals moduleExcellent communication and presentation skillsAppropriate industry knowledge in order to maintain credibility with prospective customersAbility to work remotely across multiple clientsIn alignment with our commitment to fostering a flexible and dynamic work environment, we have adopted a hybrid working approach that acknowledges the importance of in-person collaboration while recognising that the determination of your work location will be based on a range of factors to ensure both individual preferences and operational requirements are met.
