  What you'll do     The Advanced Analytics Lead - Aternity is responsible for (but not limited to): Data Whispering: Dive deep into EUX data using Riverbed Aternity and pinpoint performance bottlenecks.
Spot patterns, anomalies, and those elusive "aha!" moments.
Deliver game-changing insights that everyone can understand.
Dashboard Wizardry: Craft dashboards that are both smart and visually stunning.
Ensure dashboards hit the mark for both customers and engineers.
Continuously refine and enhance dashboards because progress never stops.
Tech Sleuthing: Hunt down performance issues with logic and flair.
Work closely with engineers to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
People Power: Collaborate with teams, customers, and partners.
Share findings through compelling reports and presentations.
Feel energised connecting with customers and sales teams, leading dynamic workshops, and turning service desk feedback into powerful, actionable customer insights.
Constant Learning: Stay on top of tech trends and EUX innovations.
Share ideas that push the boundaries of what's possible.
We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders' changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.    What you'll bring    Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or "I'm self-taught, but I'm awesome." Experience: You've got the stories and the scars from advanced analytics or IT performance adventures.
Tech Skills: Riverbed Aternity mastery.
Data visualisation wizard (Power BI, Tableau—you name it!).
Analytics ninja with stats in your back pocket.
Expert-level PowerShell skills that let you automate tasks, build powerful scripts, and create seamless IT workflows with style and efficiency.
ITSM know-how is a major plus.
