Opportunity to work with the ACT State Government clientContract to end of financial year, with the possibility of extensionCandidates with full work rights are encouraged to applyDFP Recruitment is currently seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System Administrator to join one of our state government clients located in Canberra. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proficiency in working with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the talent management learning module.
Reporting to the Director of Learning and Culture, you will play a key role in assisting with the rebuild/configuration of our learning management system within the SAP SuccessFactors talent management learning module. Key Responsibilities: LMS Administration, configuration and reporting capabilityProvide SME input to the draft Project PlanAssist with mapping of the future state of the LMSAssist the team in a data cleansing exerciseCreate and assign the core and mandatory curricularCreate mapped learning curricula against identified rolesSupport with the development of SOPS and LMS training videosDevelop a system reporting framework in order for Business Units to run reportsSupport in amending email templates to be user/manager friendlySupport the use of Directorate branding to be utilised throughout the systemKey Skills: Well-developed analytical skills including the ability to balance technical acumen, problem solving abilities and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of LMS administration and demonstrated experience in administration, configuration and reporting capabilities in SAP success factors talent management learning module.Ability to communicate effectively with internal clients, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and provide optimal service to meet needs.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, use initiative, determine priorities, and maintain effective working relationships. The ability to supervise and support staff is desirable.To Apply
