Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst Contract

12 + 12 + 12 month contract – Flexible work arrangements NV1 clearance required – Civic, ACT Enable users to onboard and get the most out of the Salesforce platform Our client, a large Federal Government department based in Civic, ACT, requires an experienced Salesforce Admin / BA, for a long 12 + 12 + 12 month contract.Work with clients to illicit and define the business requirements and bridge the gap between business needs and the Salesforce technology.Duties Gather an understanding and document the business workflows, data and/or requirements, and work with the Solution Lead to design solutions.Communicate the acceptance criteria for their implementation and quality assurance activities.Support and enable users, manage data including data load and manipulation, prepare reports, and deliver using configuration.Conduct research into clients' business requirements, and to illicit and analyse business needs.Understand the clients' data and assist with data modelling.Understand the clients' business processes and prepare BPMN modelling.Collaborate with the project delivery team and transfer knowledge of the business requirements to allow them to design, implement and test.Enable users to onboard and get the most out of the Salesforce platform.Implement approved change requests for low-risk changes (e.g., creation and maintenance of reports, housekeeping, etc.).Selection Criteria At least 5 years experience in delivering Salesforce projects.Experience working with different stakeholders to illicit and understand business processes, requirements, and objectives.Thorough understanding of business workflows and business processes, and BPMN modelling.Demonstrate ability to build data models to business requirements.Demonstrated experience in leveraging, and championing, out-of-the-box functionality and config rather than code whenever possible.Experience working with clients and stakeholders on changes, improvements, and efficiencies to their business processes, particularly when adapting to out-of-the-box workflows.Service cloud, Experience cloud & Public Sector Solutions.To apply for this long Salesforce Admin/BA contract, please click the Quick Apply button, to forward your CV to Andy at the Recruitment Hive.Please note our internal Job ID is 9457 and this RFQ closes on the 7th of June 2024.
