We are looking for you as a S4 Finance Consultant (f/m/d) to assist with shaping and managing our journey towards a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry with a focus on cloud application management support services. Reporting to the Head of Global Cloud Application Services, you would be responsible for providing S4 Finance functional support for the delivery organization of the global CAS sovereign cloud unit with capabilities to ensure seamless delivery execution of cloud application support services for private and public cloud solutions.Your areas of focus will be application support for customer accounts, ensuring incidents, problems, and service requests are executed within SLA with fit-for-purpose solutions and aligned to best practice. Additionally, you will support pre-sales/sales, participate in solutioning for new opportunities, provide a quality assurance function for partner-led delivery, lead & promote continuous improvement initiatives across customer accounts, assist with the transition of new customers to CAS Sovereign Cloud Support, assist the delivery teams in ensuring releases (support packs/upgrades) are planned and executed successfully, and assist with the expansion of the CAS footprint on current customers.As a self-starter, you will need to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and be willing to participate in working groups, internal initiatives, and assist other team members in helping to create a lasting, customer-centric market presence for cloud application services. A key measure of success would be to increase CAS adoption, performance against commercial deliverables, improve customer satisfaction, retention, and deliver to revenue and margin expectations.This role requires the flexibility to work as part of a shift rotation or out of hours to support incidents, upgrades/patching, deployments, and other support activities, as needed.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESA Certified S4 Finance professional with 8+ years of experience in implementing and/or supporting SAP Finance modules. Strong functional knowledge in FI/CO and S4 Hana.Implementation, Sales and Pre-Sales experience is desirable.OpenText, Treasury and REFX knowledge would be advantageous.Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud portfolio and offerings with experience in global delivery execution.End-to-end delivery (transition through to operations) experience within an application support environment.Ability and readiness to work in an environment that requires high degrees of cross-organizational interaction and collaboration (both internally and externally).Demonstrated delivery experience working with 3rd party partner organizations.Experienced in working within international teams across cultures and geographies.Promotes a culture of trust, feedback, transparency, and values diversity, high integrity, and ethical behavior.Strong methodological, problem-solving, and conceptual skills paired with analytical thinking.Organizational talent and team player with the ability to extend trusted relationships with additional key stakeholders on top of a well-established internal and external network.Business knowledge of the SaaS and IaaS markets, including a deep understanding of SAP's Cloud portfolio and offerings, along with market insights and competitive knowledge.Fluent in English spoken and written.Result-driven, persistence, self-motivation, and willingness to work under pressure.Ability to communicate with Customer Stakeholders (with high attention to detail).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.ITIL certification or demonstrated experience working within an ITIL framework.Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
