About the Company We are currently working with a reputable organisation in the Health Sector, looking to add additional expertise into the team.

This is a newly created position, to work within the project and payroll team in moving from one system to another whilst ensuring a smooth transition.
Culture and Benefits Hybrid, working from home flexibility Work with a highly reputable organisation Salary: $115K - $125K + Super Duties In this role, you will be responsible for working with and be a contact between the payroll project and payroll team in testing during the project and post go live training.
This is a newly created position and the opportunity is ideal for an experienced SAP Project Specialist looking to take a step away from day-to-day and requires the following: Duties: Supporting the project team in implementing SAP ECP (Success Factors) Support the Aus and NZ payroll space with the project Perform parallel runs and testing alongside the project team Help transfer data from the old system to the new system Problem solve and troubleshoot any issues that arise Train and support the payroll team with these changes Identify process gaps including new starters, changes and maintenance with the payroll team and HR Be a point of contact between the project team and payroll team on the project Ensure a seamless line of communication between the internal teams Skills + Experience Strong understanding of SAP ECP (Success Factors) is essential Experience in New Zealand payroll is highly desired Strong experience in new system integration Experience in testing and parallel runs Experience in a similar project capacity is highly desired Experience in training new system changes and processes Understanding and experience in end to end payroll Strong Excel skills Knowledge across complex EBA's & legislative requirements Strong rapport building in both written and verbal with internal.
