In this pivotal role you will develop and execute a program of works that will shape and enhance our security risk profile in line with the growth aspirations and values of the TTI business.Reporting directly to the Access Controls Manager your day-to-day duties will include:Perform user security administration of TTI's core business information systems, which includes maintenance of application-level security, setting up new user profile accounts and removal of any user profile accounts that are not requiredSchedule and coordinate application-level user access and profile recertification, create and maintain user administration documentation and proceduresSupport the Access Controls Manager in ensuring system GRC controls are effective with no prevailing violationsSupport implementing a risk-based approach for identifying, assessing and managing security gaps in SAP and related systemsExecute an audit plan on system access controls in line with the GRC Internal Audit PlanAssist in systems security improvement projects in line with future growth plans for the businessAbout YOUTo be successful in this role you will have a proven background in SAP Security with a strong focus on SAP GRC including Segregation of Duties (SOD) mitigation and remediation in addition to the following skills and attributes:Strong understanding of Request Management and User Access Control, including scalability of catalogue items to support complex onboarding within a large organisationIn-depth knowledge of SAP security concepts, including authorisation concepts, user management, and role designA strong understanding of integration patterns between SAP systems and other enterprise applications.Experience in SAP ECC, GRC-AC & S/4HANA essential and/or Hybris is highly desirableExcellent problem solving and analysis skillsExperience in managing a complex plan of work and excellent ability to prioritise work, negotiate and influence stakeholdersExcellent organisation and planning skills and team player who takes corrective action ahead of anticipated eventsAbility to effectively express thoughts and ideas across all levels of the organisationProven ability to thrive in an environment of change requiring flexibilityThis is a challenging and exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to work for a leading company that offers growth, diversity and a great team culture.
