About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Fieldglass Specialist to enhance the efficiency of our Procurement ERP systems.
This role will play a critical part in managing, configuring, and improving SAP Fieldglass and S/4 HANA systems to support AGL's P2P (Procure-to-Pay) activities.
Working closely with Procurement & Supply Chain and Purchasing Services teams, you will deliver best practice systems and processes aligned with our governance framework, P2P Policy, and Standards.
This is a Full Time (or Part Time 4 days a week) Fixed Term role for 12 months (Parental leave cover). What you'll be doing Manage SAP Fieldglass system configuration, testing, and administration, providing Tier 3 support.Onboard new vendors to the SAP Fieldglass platform and conduct supplier training.Configure Approval workflows, templates, and upload rate cards in SAP Fieldglass.Identify and implement system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration between internal and external systems.Perform detailed functional and analytical assessments of business processes, delivering actionable technology recommendations.Support source-to-pay operations, including troubleshooting, test execution, and maintaining integration with partners.Develop and maintain test strategies, scripts, and execution plans for new deployments and system updates.Ensure consistent system performance through monitoring and data integration management. About you What you'll bring to the table Proven experience in a Systems Analyst/Specialist role, coupled with hands-on expertise in SAP Fieldglass (all modules) and S/4 HANA, with a strong understanding of integration between Fieldglass and non-SAP systems.Experience in procurement operations and services procurement processes, preferably within an Agile framework.Ability to configure and troubleshoot complex system workflows and templates in SAP Fieldglass.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, capable of evaluating alternatives and proposing effective solutions.Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.Ability to manage tasks independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and apply feedback to improve performance.Knowledge of de-bugging and experience in cloud-based software implementation or integration is a plus.
